The Powerline Group is interested in hiring a customer support superstar to help catapult the company to the next level.

Currently, we are seeking a mature, reliable, and responsible candidate to fill the role of Customer Support Representative. In this position, you will provide support to our customer service team and be responsible for corresponding with customers and answering questions related to our products through email correspondence.

Additionally, you will act as a liaison between management and staff, provide management with feedback on any issues, and make recommendations on how to improve all internal customer support processes.

Although we are a passionate and dedicated bunch, we also like to relax and have fun. Our office has several televisions, two treadmills, an air hockey table, nice leather couches, coffee, water, snacks—and pizza Friday!

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Address customer inquiries by phone and through email quickly and to their satisfaction
  • Clearly understand and then communicate customer issues to management
  • Provide daily customer service recommendations and feedback to staff
  • Obtain general knowledge of the company products
  • Other miscellaneous administrative duties

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Knowledge of mobile phones and mobile phone apps are a must—tech enthusiast is a plus!
  • Strong computer skills (expert knowledge of Microsoft Office)—ZenDesk a plus
  • A willingness to help and provide customer satisfaction at all times
  • Quick learner and excellent communicator
  • Desire to be a team player
  • Ability to work independently
  • Mature, reliable, and responsible
  • Able to switch gears and “go with the flow”
