We are looking to add a seasoned PPC/SEM manager to our marketing team. Your background and expertise will help move us forward. You will strategize and execute content that creates profit, grows engagement, and increases brand awareness.

We’re constantly launching new websites and products, and require an experienced and multi-talented digital marketer to work on paid search/display campaigns that drive profitable business.

We are looking for an SEM expert to manage pay-per-click (PPC) marketing activities across our portfolio of data security and data aggregation products, and to execute SEM campaigns from inception through post-campaign analysis.

This successful SEM Manager will effectively manage the paid search budget and work with the digital team to maximize ROI and drive consistent revenue growth.

The ideal candidate must have a passion for technology and applications, as well as a solid background in digital marketing.

Salary commensurate with experience. Although we are a passionate and dedicated bunch, we also like to relax and have fun. Our office has several televisions, two treadmills, an air hockey table, nice leather couches, coffee, water, snacks, and pizza Friday!

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Create and deploy Google AdWords campaigns to drive sales through development of keyword research, bid strategies, landing page optimizations, and more
  • Manage search channel’s day-to-day traffic, test execution, optimization, and troubleshooting to ensure all conversions are tracked
  • Coordinate the execution of new landing pages, leveraging best practices in desktop, mobile, and tablet
  • Optimize existing landing pages in market to increase conversion KPIs
  • Communicate the effectiveness of the strategy to marketing team and business owner

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Must be tech savvy
  • 2 – 4 years proven SEM experience and success managing PPC campaigns across all search engines for an e-commerce or direct response brand
  • Well-versed in performance marketing, conversion, and on line customer acquisition
  • An in-depth understanding of key industry metrics and the ability to recognize how they drive the business (e.g. CPC, CTR, CPA, CVR and Quality Score)
  • Ability to analyze and interpret data to make recommendations based on analysis and expertise
  • Strong analytical skills and experience generating SEM reports
  • Tech savvy and experienced in using paid search online tracking and management tools (e.g. Adwords, Analytics)
  • Knowledgeable about current marketing trends, advertising tactics, and CPA business models
  • Strong, clear and straightforward analytical, verbal and written communication, and presentation skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail with the ability to think strategically
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
