Paid Search Specialist


We’re looking for a smart, ambitious, analytical digital marketing strategist to help with our company & client paid advertising campaigns.

Evaluate the performance of each campaign, identifying best performance / ROI across channels. Ideal candidate will also have some basic copy writing skills to be able to develop campaigns autonomously and move quickly from ‘concept to campaign.

PPC Specialist candidates will possess:

  • Have 2+ years of previous paid traffic experience.
  • Detailed knowledge of digital marketing concepts Training / Certifications in paid traffic, performance analytics, conversion models.
  • Must be able to: Run Traffic on Google and Bing
  • Knowledge of current platforms, and have a desire and ability to stay informed of new and emerging platforms that represent opportunities for scaling campaigns and increasing ROI.
  • Provide insight as to a campaign’s performance and quickly pause under- performing campaigns and scale winning campaigns.

PPC Specialist Responsibilities:

  • Plan, deploy, develop, maintain, monitor, expand, analyze and optimize company & client advertising campaigns
  • Work closely with marketing management to assist in implementation of necessary changes to company, new and existing client campaigns
  • Proactively seek, identify and evaluate innovative opportunities for campaign growth and improvement
  • Take part in setting the overall marketing strategy by providing feedback and actively sharing data and results
  • Maintain high performance marketing campaigns by monitoring results and promptly responding with appropriate tweaks & changes
  • Optimize the landing page and funnel experiences to improve traction and conversion

PPC Specialist Requirements:

  • Degree in marketing or related field
  • Google AdWords and/or Google Analytics Certified
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
  • Have strong project management skills to manage multiple placements / campaigns simultaneously
  • Active interest in innovative technologies
  • Excellent communication (oral and written), attention to detail, time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to analyze data, and deliver meaningful conclusions that can be turned into actionable decisions
  • Prior experience and/or familiarization with Google AdWords, Bing, Yahoo, Facebook and/or YouTube ad platforms
  • Prior experience and/or familiarization using Google Analytics and generating custom reports

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $35,000.00 to $65,000.00 /year
